Our West Coast Swing classes are running every Wednesday at

Roade Bowls Club, Roade near Northampton.

Teacher Paul Simon Harris (Right) will take you through your paces first with

a beginners/fundamentals class before moving on to an improvers class.

It's 3 hours of fun and a great way to keep fit!
